Mid 2015, after 20 years of tourism experience at the crossroads of product and market, supply and demand, I launched INTO THE SAILS.
The company, specializing in travel marketing and tourism consultancy, has the clear mission to catch trade winds into your sails - sales.
I started in tourism business immediately after my master studies of Roman Philology (Ghent University, Belgium) and Business Communications (Ghent University, Belgium / Paris IV Sorbonne, France). Along the years, I acquired multidisciplinary expertise and a wide network throughout various functions at Thomas Cook Belgium, as Quality Manager, as Product Manager and as Brand Manager.
Daily responsibility for different products and brands, joint to many marketing and management courses, conferred me a thorough knowledge of both market and marketing in the tourism industry.
I am also experienced in the field of luxury travel. As Brand Manager responsible for 'Pegase', the premium brand of Thomas Cook Belgium, I have specialized in the strategic marketing of luxury travel.
As a travel marketeer or business developer, I'll transpose my experience and competences fluently to your specific context, customizing the market approach to any product or segment. Market analytics and consumer insights are fundamental items of the planning phase. The Art of marketing consists in defining the right mix of Product, Price, Place and Promotion for the target group.
